We all have been told how important it is to stay consistent with your fitness to see results. Well it is also equally as important to give your body the rest it needs to recover from your workouts. The amount of time needed is always different pending on the level and intensity of your workouts but the rule of 24- 72 hours of recovery is good to live by. To help reduce recovery time, always warm up prior and stretch after workouts.
